Same rules as the sports teams, theatre, etc. It might be a little more strict on the Fillies, but it's the same rules.

OH SNAP... I do feel there's a happy medium to all of this, but I can say that it taught my daughter not to take things for granted. She has a great sense of working hard for what you want.
