for me its that Chinese joint in humble over by the post office. Its been there forever. JADE Palace on first street. The only thing there that was good was the salt, and the packaged soy sauce because they could not touch it. On a scale of 1 to 5 they rate a minus 10. They are not even good enough to suck. My food was so bad I got a go bag and went to another chinese place in humble behind Office depot in the strip center. they were good. I brought the leftovers from Jade home and even the dogs would not eat it. At least this was my experience with this horrible place. Lots of good places to eat here. This certainly is NOT one of them. How about you/ ??? Any bad experiences here?

That place is so dirty...it needs a remodel and update like nobody's business....but man, their egg rolls are insanely good.

I love their egg rolls with the Shrimp. Things are as big as burritos. Some of their dishes are actually decent.

I've been going to Jade Palace for over 30 years. Love their food and service. 

I ate at City Eats ONE time ... that was the only time and I'm not surprised they closed. Worst burger ever ... and their extra curricular activity was not helpful.

I quit going to Jade Palace a long time ago. Then my sister got food poisoning from their food. She was so sick! No one from our family will ever go there again. The place is just down right filthy. They need to empty that place carpet and all, wash down the entire inside, paint, disinfect, and put in new flooring. Then they need to clean and disinfect everything before they put it back inside. With the way the common areas of the restaurant look, I would hate to see how the kitchen is kept. It creeps me out that I ever ate there. 

I went to lubys this week. The food wasn't terrible but the whole place was filthy- from the grease and dust on the lights above the food on the line, to the sticky rails you push your tray along, sticky chairs, dirty tables. Made me not want to eat the food I just got! Then, on the way out the doors were greasy! Yuck. I will not be back!

Last I heard, there were selling/dispensing illegal "stuff" out the back door. Owner was arrested for that I think. 

I ate at Jade Palace 23 years ago, and then again 5 years later, and then about 10 years after that.

Sucked every time. Never could figure out what people see in that place. 

Olive Garden- any one of them, take your pick- everything tastes like bad microwaved dinners- even the salad is nothing but iceberg lettuce with a few vegetables, and too much vinegar- ugh- 

I feel the same way about Olive Garden, Tat, but I dislike Applebee's and TGIFridays even more. 

Golden Coral is horrible! It smells awful! The food is even worse than the smell! Disgusting!! 

Jade Palace is a greasy spoon, but their food is good.

I think Zamitti's is mediocre at best...that's the worst place I've been lately. 

Ugh!!! Jade Palace is nasty, dirty!! I have family members that love it and I can't figure for the life of me why they continue to eat there. I've met some of them just for a glass of tea and can't stand to sit with the tray of dirty dish water staring at me.

We still go back to Jade Palace. We've gone there forever and never gotten really bad food. The crab puffs keep us going. There's been a few times we have said we weren't going back but we always do. It's in old Humble and I doubt they will ever remodel but just close someday. For the cost, it is still on our list for now. It's not Carrabba's for sure. I love that place!

We don't go to Hin's Garden unless I'm in the mood for a LOT of sugar.

We don't go to 3B's unless i want my meal or my spirts viewing interrupted by unruly kids.

We don't sit outside at Sharky's unless we can sit near non -smokers.

We don't go to El Ranchero, or the Mexican food place near Randall's Town Center. Period. 

Chelsea's is a Kingwood gem, IMO. I love their old fashioned system of ordering. Their chicken salad on a croissant is wonderful. I also love their soups. I have to get a chocolate cookie when I'm there, theirs are the best. I always get a loaf of french bread to go.

Me either. Price doesn't dictate where I go out to eat and that is the only reason I can imagine someone going either one of those places.

Ditto that for El Charro. It ain't fru-fru Mexican like Chachis but the service and people are awesome. 

The last time we ate at El Charro it was one step up from Taco Bell. I don't require fru-fru anything. Just good food. And if it's Mexican, I want it as authentic as I can get.
