Don't get a newbie. There are some very veteran realtors here, have raised their families here too...there is a huge difference in the experienced ones and the newbies. 

My suggestion, call three and interview them, you need to trust your realtor, also experience counts, but sometimes new Realtors have the drive.

We used Susanna Cheek at Keller Williams Kingwood. Great experience on both selling/buying and would definitely would use her again.
