Both my kids see Dr. Evelyn Paysse downtown at Texas Children's. My 2yo wears glasses and she loves Dr. Paysse! I think she also sees patients The Woodlands as well.

I can never remember the name of the place but it's up front, in the same plaza as Chelsea's Deli. Fantastic work and great price.
