Keeping order in this environment requires a lot of top-down moderation. Site owners don't want to actually pay moderators for that service, so it's a thankless, stressful, and time-consuming job that is also unpaid.

Yes..House of blues was epic. Lead guitar was hot AF and the Sax player made the place fall in love. The drummer was tight and kept things in the pocket. The place was jumping! It will be a long time before I can top that performance.
