Why does the following happen when I add context to an existing topic, even one word, on "Not KU"?: "Holy smokes, Shakespeare! Can you find a more concise way to express that?"

I know its a default msg. But how do I fix it? I suspect Caveman Barny is having the exact same issue too. 

Send a message to Admin. He can fix it, unless it's a deliberate block by him.

I found a way around it. As to contacting admin...Im not sure how. I see no contact links. Another on the list of things I do not know.
