WatchOut --- 6 years ago -

It marked the second time in recent months that the Republican-led Senate admonished the president over his administration's continued backing of a campaign that human rights groups have blamed for the world's worst humanitarian crisis. The resolution must be passed by the House, where lawmakers approved a similar resolution earlier this year.

This could be more interesting if there was a link to see what you are talking about.

Of course I could Google some of the key words. But that won’t help me see where you’re trying to go with this.

sdanielmcev --- 6 years ago -

There is no point to this. Just spewing rhetoric.

Prolix Raconteur --- 6 years ago -

campaign that human rights groups have blamed for the world's worst humanitarian crisis

But, but, but the democratic House and the media claim this is only a manufactured crisis and that there is no crisis in fact.

DVaz --- 6 years ago -

Google is biased trash. It censors many conservative websites. Use DuckDuckGo instead for unfiltered results.

It's front page on the Fox News website.

Do you need assistance in navigating the world wide web?

KwMillennial --- 6 years ago -

Ok. You seem to think going to the Foxnews website is the best way to get answers?

What a pos he is. The legislative branch clearly knows he is not supposed to spend money without their approval

So it's only okay for Obama to use the law that Congress passed to declare an emergency. Other Presidents have used it too. It's only not okay when Pres Trump uses it. There's the democrat double standard again. BTW...it's been used 58 times.

KwMillennial --- 6 years ago -

The GOP is going to end up eating Prezz POS alive. You'll see.

Ok, so...they got him this time?

sdanielmcev --- 6 years ago -

Ok, so...they got him this time?

No.

Not really. The President will veto the bill and they don't have the votes to override it. In the end, Trump is going to smack down the Congress.

Notice no lib answered why it's only wrong when Trump uses a law.

sdanielmcev --- 6 years ago -

I still can't figure out what ' world's worst humanitarian ctisis' is being talked about. Yemen?

anti-antichange --- 6 years ago -

In the end, Trump is going to smack down the Congress.

Yes. He will show us again the bully that he is. Just like he bullies his party members to vote for everything he wants or he will pull the base in their reelection.

Unfortunately, the GOP congressmen and senators are such wusses they will cowtail to the bully.

butch baby --- 6 years ago -

Was just reading something that goes along with my take on it all:

"If they defy him, he'll lash out.

That could make for a complicated 2020"

Guessing we should order truckloads of popcorn.

OrdinaryGuy --- 6 years ago -

It's easy what he's going to do. He's going to VETO the bill and that will be the smack down of the Congress. It's not complicated at all. He'll use this to get reelected. It will really help him.

anti-antichange --- 6 years ago -

He's going to VETO the bill and that will be the smack down of the Congress.

I hope he does so. Going against congress on this is going to do more harm to him than it will congress. You just wait and see. Congress wants control of the purse strings because Article I gives them control. If he decides to over ride them and spend money in a fashion that the majority of Americans and Congress deems foolish, he is shooting himself in the foot.

This is my kind of headline=

Conservative Commentators Torch Republicans Staying Subservient To Donald Trump

anti-antichange --- 6 years ago -

Subservient. Oh yeah! The political equivalent of sucking his noodle.

OrdinaryGuy --- 6 years ago -

I hope he does so. Going against congress on this is going to do more harm to him than it will congress.

It sure didn't hurt the other Presidents who used the law 58 times before. Actually, you forgot he promised to secure the southern border and that's what he did!

OrdinaryGuy --- 6 years ago -

It's actually going to hurt those who voted against the President.
