Why is it when mass shootings with non "assault" rifle guns are used, you hear crickets around here? I think I can answer it. Because assault rifles aren't the cause of mass shootings. Ban them and the psychos use pistols. Ban pistols and they use shotguns. And before you can say shotguns can't do as much damage, imagine being in that same bar with a lunatic armed with a sawed off shotgun without a plug shooting buckshot into the crowd. So it really boils down to the right to bear arms. And it gets a lot quieter around here when that the true discussion.

The point was supposed to be, when "assault style" weapons are used in mass killings, you guys always have the simple solution of banning these guns.
