Yep, after 50 years I'm done with the NFL. Even my college Alma Mater doesn't play good football so they're not worth watching. This hiatus from football has left a big gap. 

Who won? 

Texans owned it. 42-23

I've found other things to do rather than watch multi-millionaires play a kids game.

I am a Football Widow with no interest in football due to watching my guys watching it. My guys are here every week watching the Texans. I'd say they are more pumped up while the Texans are winning. But bad mouth them as if they are losing. I can't stand their screaming negativity. I simply don't understanding not rooting for your team and cussing at them instead. Arm Chair Quarterback indeed! Bah! And now they participate in Fantasy Football they act like they all have something truly invested in the game? I still don't get it? Never will. 

Since I've stopped watching basically all forms of football, I've found other more productive things to do. Such as; follow my wife around the house and get involved with whatever she is doing, inspect closets for good order and storage practices, go grocery shopping either with or without her. 

I've also reorganized the pantry according to product categeory, brand, contents and then quantity. The most commonly used item are stored at eye level.

Just yesterday, I resorted the utensil drawers at the beach house so as to reduce wasted motion while cooking and setting the table. This has already resulted in less wasted human energy.

Just this morning I asked my wife to affirm that she is grateful for marrying an engineer. She said she is a better woman for it. 

I'll just bet she said that! LOL! She probably said, stay the hell out of my kitchen, storage areas and closets! She should sit you down in front of the TV, turn on the games, and them give you the stank eye if you moved! LOLOL!
