Clearly........... it's the left that is off the rails.

Carry on.

Butterbean --- 6 years ago -

Looks like Judas is in the cooler. Don't know what was said.

It's a worthy thread. If Bob Woodward labels it crazytown - it is.

The book seems to reinforce the same opinions expressed in Omarosa's and Wolfe's book about the dysfunction in the WH.

It'll be a good read - and as close to factual as we are likely to get.

voice of reason --- 6 years ago -

i was just reading an article that had this in it:

? White House chief of staff John Kelly on working for Mr Trump: ?He?s an idiot. It?s pointless to try to convince him of anything. He?s gone off the rails. We?re in Crazytown.?

Prolix Raconteur --- 6 years ago -

Which John Kelly vehemently denies having ever said. He called the book delusional fantasy yesterday when that "quote" was released. Just another accounting of the White House citing nothing but "anonymous sources". Journalism is dead.

voice of reason --- 6 years ago -

Which John Kelly vehemently denies having ever said.

right.
as you would too if you were him. as if he'd admit it. too funny.

on another note..
the president privately called Sessions a ?traitor,? saying: ?This guy is mentally retarded. He?s this dumb Southerner . . . He couldn?t even be a one-person country lawyer down in Alabama.?

name calling two year old prezzie. g.t.f.u.

Don't count on it.

jackass --- 6 years ago -

Interesting how every book about trump is ?delusional fantasy?....convenient isn?t it?

Butterbean --- 6 years ago -

Everybody is out of step except daddy.

sdanielmcev --- 6 years ago -

Just another irrelevant still prying the lid off his Watergate fame.

Butterbean --- 6 years ago -

Yeah. Just a few worthless Pulitzer Prizes for journalism. Individually and collectively with the WP.

Just another Jack Flash trying to make a buck from lying to the book reading world.

Nothing of great interest. Worthy only to fill a trash can.

OrdinaryGuy --- 6 years ago -

Interesting how every book about trump is ?delusional fantasy?....convenient isn?t it??

They are all after the money. No matter how many times they have to lie. The press is eating this up. I wonder what next week's crisis will be.

jackass --- 6 years ago -

Yep. Every. Single. One.

Naive af...

Butterbean --- 6 years ago -

I wonder what next week's crisis will be.?

Me too, Bestie. I believe whatever it is will originate in the WH.

sdanielmcev --- 6 years ago -

Yeah. Just a few worthless Pulitzer Prizes for journalism. Individually and collectively with the WP

I'm not impressed with glad handing.

I'm notWorthy only to fill a trash can.?

Now you're getting the idea.

Prolix Raconteur --- 6 years ago -

Between almost exclusively citing "anonymous" sources and abject denials by people actually cited, Woodward's book carries the same credibility as that nut case Omarosa's. Sad that an esteemed journalist who cut his teeth breaking the Watergate story has sunken to such a low due to his clear case of TDS. Journalism is dead.

jackass --- 6 years ago -

So you?ve read it? Or are you just parroting someone else?s book report?

SoupIsGoodFood --- 6 years ago -

Interesting how every book about trump is eventually proven to be ?delusional fantasy?....convenient isn?t it?

Fixed it for ya.

Prolix Raconteur --- 6 years ago -

It's no secret Woodward is no fan of Trump. He's been making the "news" talk show rounds for months slamming him and his admin every chance he gets. No, I have not read the book. But I have seen clear denials of his accusations from people he cited in the book already, not to mention the most salacious accusations always seem to be attributed to the ubiquitous "anonymous" sources. Seems to be totally acceptable these days in journalistic circles to make any accusation you want and fall back on "informed sources" or "anonymous sources" etc. It's a joke. If I say "according to anonymous sources, jackass is really an OK guy", are we all relegated to taking that as factual just because I said it and cite unknown sources?

jackass --- 6 years ago -

Well it?s provable, and on display for everyone to see, so you can go ahead and rely on the anonymous source that says jackass is really an ok guy.

(We all know it was Soup)

jackass --- 6 years ago -

Anyway...read the book before you write a book report. Otherwise you just sound as nervous and angry as Trump does...maybe a little brainwashed too.

Butterbean --- 6 years ago -

Definitely a little justified paranoia among the Trump bunch.

OrdinaryGuy --- 6 years ago -

Yep....you guys believe what you want. It doesn't matter any more. It's not worth the effort to dispute you lefties. Good luck with your agenda. You are going to need it.

txwareagle --- 6 years ago -

Definitely a little justified paranoia among the Trump bunch.?

Not since the Twilight books, has there been such an eager audience, that will believe just about anything...

sdanielmcev --- 6 years ago -

And still a better love story

Butterbean --- 6 years ago -

You'll probably be able to read some of it here.

Stay tuned.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 6 years ago -

LOL............ can't wait for this most recent nothing burger to blow up in the liberals faces.

jackass --- 6 years ago -

Trumpflakes response to any book about the trump administration...

SoupIsGoodFood --- 6 years ago -

These "revealing" books about the Trump administration usually end up falling flat because of lack of facts.

This one won't be any different.

No, it wasn't a personal attack, it was a generalized comment characterizing a certain segment of the population.
