If you can't find someone quickly, turn on those headphones and get moving! Your health should always be your number one priority. 

Maybe you can go walk at the Kingwood hospital so you won't be completely alone in the interim and you might meet someone there who will also welcome a companion. 

I have a treadmill with a desk so I can walk and watch TV or browse the internet. Great for when you can't get out because of the weather or if you don't like walking alone or like to exercise when it's still dark out.
