If any of you are interested in facts.....he's going to be released on bond. He wasn't going to use the weapons for anything nefarious, he just didn't want to leave them in his car to possibly get stolen.

He was originally arrested for being DRUNK. When they went back to his room at the hotel, they found the weapons. There was never any mass shooting plans. He didn't want to leave them in the car to potentially be stolen.

I do believe in the right to own guns. I am just not able to get past the fact his AR when found was loaded as reported on one of the local channels news. Is this incorrect? If so, apologies. But if true and was loaded, no drunk reasoning applies. Just opinion here.

All Texas offers in an LTC. 

Wrong bob, DH has a CHL and it states that on the license itself. 

Wrong Mutton, CHL has been replaced by the LTC. When he renews he will get an LTC. 

He just received renewal. Word concealed still there, i checked before posting...
