I know this general topic has come up a couple of times in the past and it's really not gotten anywhere...but I'd like to try anyway.

If you've watched that video you understand my concern...we live in the outskirts of the 4th largest city in the country.

If an EMP occurs we're going to be in a world of pain with millions of desperate people flooding out right past our front door. And if you've been watching the news, particularly with N. Korea, this scenario is unfortunately quite possible.

While my wife and I are working on getting our BOL, we also need to prepare in case it happens before we're ready.

That's what I'm interested in discussing with other preppers in Kingwood.
