What is this neighborhood like? We saw there is a developer with new construction going up there. The info I found on google is old. Our budget is $170k max or so.

Does that neighborhood have a neighborhood pool? I was trying to figure out K sticker thing and it appears that they don't get one, unless I'm mistaken. 

Unless it's changed, North Kingwood Forest isn't part of Kingwood Service Association. It doesn't have a pool and can only use Kingoowd pools if they pay. That also means no K sticker. If a K sticker and pool are important you'd be better off looking at other Kingwood neighborhoods.
