That's not going to be a wage a professional photog would work for. They usually bid a job by price for that kind of occasion and the amount and kind of pictures wanted. 

You want a professional photographer with expensive equipment but want to pay roughly minimum wage?

The maximum you want to pay is $60.00 total for 5 hours. No professional photographer would work for that. The charge by the event, anywhere from 2250.00 on up.
