Tomorrow I am hosting a free community event in Town Center Park called the Healthy Living Showcase. I have gotten together over 40 small businesses from the Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita area in the health and wellness market to help you kickstart your New Year's resolutions to get fit and get healthy for the New Year. The event is from 11-3 and is FREE to all.
We will be hosting free workouts in the park so that you can try out different participating vendors. Here's the schedule:

A rep from Young Living Essential Oils will be hosting two workouts as well as sampling oils to participants, she has not decided on her two times as of yet, so come and check her out as well! Great Harvest Bread Company and Vertere Coffee Roasters will be on hand selling tasty treats and freshly brewed hot coffee, so bundle up and come out and enjoy a day in the park and support local small businesses! I am so excited to be offering this event for ya'll and can't wait to see you there tomorrow. NO EXCUSES, getting healthy is not easy (or warm), start the year off on the right foot and come find your motivation tomorrow in Town Center!
