Anyone else have service problems? Took chainsaw in. They had it for 4.5 weeks. Ran at the shop get it home and won't @&:)$& run. 

Yes, lawnmower. Was charged 115.00 to replace the carburetor, cranked there and we came home and mowed and then 3 weeks later went to mow and it wasn't working.l They said it only had a 14 day warranty because gas can go bad in them in 14 days. Not happy, will not use again. 

We've used them twice (edger and then a mower).
No problems.
Would use them again. 

I've used them once and they were pretty good about fixing the problem but I just hate having to leave a "deposit" for diagnosis ... then when there is little to nothing wrong, they keep the deposit.

I've used A.J.'s several times and have always been satisfied just hate getting into and out of their place on 1960. 

Used them for the first time last week. Plopped down $40 for diagnosis. They found the problem with my weedwacker and repaired it pronto. They cleaned it up. Was ready the next day. Applied the $40 to my bill. Runs like a charm. 

There's a little place on 494 near Pete's in Porter that does great, cheap work.
