The company doing "repair" work to the sewer main in Forest Cove did significant damage to our property, has anyone else had this problem? 

Is it not the city of Houston doing the work? I think they have to make your property like it was before the work started but if the work is in the easement they don't have to fix that. I would call 311 to report it. If it is in the easement they should, at least, make the area level and put in grass. 

Yes, sort of... the city has contracted the work. Unfortunately, the damage I referring to was done to my home and property, not just a muddy spot in the easement. I am looking for the other people in my neighborhood who also sustained real damage... please p.m. me if know if you know of anyone. Thanks 

I do Cm work for the COH. They will come back when they do the walk thur and make note of any cosmetic repairs (lawns etc...) needed when the job is complete.

is the guy in charge - but he is azz. Ask for his secretary and tell her you want to know the name of the COH Project Manager handling the kingwood job. Then ask to speak with him. COH

If want immediate action...call Channel 13, 2 or 11 and tell them to come out. The last thing the COH wants is to be on TV with a citizen complaint under the new Mayor.
