We just moved to Kingwood Greentree village and need any information possible. I heard amazing things about it and decided to make it our home for my family BUT....haven't even been in our house a week and already have neighbor problems :/ where can I get rules for the neighborhood or any information I would need to know.

Pixtor --- 9 years ago -

What kind of problem are you having?

The Association Bylaws should be posted on your HOA's website.

Texas Lady --- 9 years ago -

They have a website which you should be able to google. HOA management company is Kingwood Association management. 281 359 1102 I think. I am sorry if you are having a problem with a neighbor but can assure you Kingwood is an awesome community and generally folks here are very friendly. Good luck!

all4u --- 9 years ago -

She is telling my daughter just different stuff instead of addressing an adult. And since we are at work by the time we get home its late.

all4u --- 9 years ago -

Unfortunately our driveways are next to each other and every time she gets home from college it's a new issue. Like from her car had a flat and left it in the driveway for 1 day until the mechanic came to fix it. But it was parked way in the back where no one could see it.

Defcon1 --- 9 years ago -

Flip your neighbor the bird and smile! Problem solved lmao

Your driveway or theirs? 1 day is not bad? What kind of stuff is she telling? Inquiring minds want to know...

snowprincess --- 9 years ago -

Yes, please tell us......... this could explain why the last people left, LOL.

all4u --- 9 years ago -

Lol!!! Thank you all for making me laugh. She just has something to say ever time she drives up. I'm still trying to learn how to comment directly to your comments so bare with me lol. The car was in our driveway. The other day a small tree limb was on the grass area between both driveways and she told her we need to keep our trash on our side. O_o How do we know it wasn't her tree lol. And flipping the finger I'm scared we will be in jail after that lol.

I would have had the car towed...sounds like she is a little too big for her britches...

SoupIsGoodFood --- 9 years ago -

Bake her a cake and hand deliver it to her.

You can catch more flies with honey than you can vinegar.

Just tell her she desperately needs to get laid.

FANCY PANTS --- 9 years ago -

Is there a way you could put a fence up between your driveways so you do not have to see her every time y'all come home.

all4u --- 9 years ago -

I will have my kids bake some sweets and maybe put vinegar lol! No but I was thinking the same thing as to putting up a fence between both of us. That would be great. I was just coming on here because I heard this is the place to vent and get some laughs which were much needed. I will call the hoa tomorrow and hopefully can get information on putting up a fence. I might just take the HOA some baked goodies from all of us on KU.

GTFOH bozo. Whaa whaa, wanta cry for me?

FabFive --- 9 years ago -

Tell your daughter not to speak to her nor entertain her comments. If she wants to talk to someone she can talk to you.

Dorothy Parker --- 9 years ago -

There's no HOA rule against people being aholes. It's also not a reflection on Kingwood or Greentree Village.

You got unlucky...that is all.

Seems to be a common theme more and more these days

You might find 51% of the issue in your bathroom mirror. Don't let the small things in life bother you.

FANCY PANTS --- 9 years ago -

Be sure to find out how tall it can be and how far down the driveway it can go. If you are going to put up a fence you might as well look into putting an iron gate, with a gate opener, across the driveway. That would keep her from going around the fence to talk to you daughter. If your daughter drives in and closes the gate and the lady is inside your closed gate, I think it would be very uncomfortable for her. She won't make that mistake more than one time.

steinhoister2016 --- 9 years ago -

it's kingwood, get used to it...

You're the neighbor, right? LOL

Yep, you're just another HATER. Get a life.

Beach Girl --- 9 years ago -

You might want to plant some Oleander bushes if you have a strip of dirt in between your driveways! They grow very fast and I bet they are on sale at Houston Garden Center. They grow fast and tall and will eventually make a hedge!

whatchamacallit --- 9 years ago -

Most of the people that live here are good people and great neighbors. This lady has some issues that most likely can't be handled by the HOA. The fence/gate thing sounds awesome!

Just relax...

She will self-implode eventually.

Or you can boost that process - if you so desire.

Most neighbors are either awesome or totally ignore you.

Either way - it is GOOD...

PM me if you have any specific questions.

I may be able to help - or refer you to s good resource.

*Annie* --- 9 years ago -

Oleanders are poisonous to your pets, fyi.

FANCY PANTS --- 9 years ago -

Oleanders are beautiful but with this lady, it will take a fence.
