Thst's pretty close to reality.

Zapper009 --- 9 years ago -

SOH---a day late and several dollars short...lol

SleightOfHand --- 9 years ago -

I'd be pissed off too if this was near me

TinktheSprite --- 9 years ago -

Well, that's way bigger than i would put up with, for sure!

idontplaynice --- 9 years ago -

He likes Nissans from the 90s?

combatkenpo --- 9 years ago -

I drove by there earlier and can tell you that the exterior of the garage in this pic looks 1000x better and it's sitting a lot further back from the road.

What an eye sore.

Porter Wagoner (Mod) --- 9 years ago -

I drove by it this afternoon, and this was up:

Don't even get me started again on that garage! That bear Branch Board are a bunch of crooked (expletive deleted by me).

TXbluebird --- 9 years ago -

I wonder when the HOA will wake up. They now have two garages, which is definitely against the deed restrictions. They state that he can have a three car garage with "bona fide servant's quarters". They are currently parking 4-5 cars there.

Gigix4 --- 9 years ago -

They now have two garages,

I only know of the 1 ginormous one on Tree Lane - is there yet another one?

Susan --- 9 years ago -

Yes there is a second garage and second driveway on the front side of the home which were originally built with the home

Gigix4 --- 9 years ago -

Okay, I misunderstood - I thought there was a second house in BBV, with a huge garage.

kind --- 9 years ago -

When will the home schooling business be stopped?

Gigix4 --- 9 years ago -

When will the home schooling business be stopped?

My guess is it will be about the same time he closes off his original garage. (sarcasm!)

JoyceD --- 9 years ago -

The board won't address this because the homeowner has them in his pocket.

I live two doors down from this house/garage. The garage addition improved the appearance of the home. A simple fence was replaced with this nice looking garage.

Pixtor --- 9 years ago -

Belay my last ...

Gigix4 --- 9 years ago -

So ... when is the HOA of BBV going to make him do something with his original garage since we are limited to just 1 garage?

I have to admit, it does look better now that some cleaning up has been done, but it doesn't take away the fact that they have 2 separate garages (against deed restrictions) as well as the in home-schooling business (also against deed restrictions).

Pixtor --- 9 years ago -

Gigix4, I suspect Chuckk is a plant by the owner, that or he is the home-owner.

Regardless that the owner (Chuckk?) has cleaned it up, the HOA blew this one.

Gigix4 --- 9 years ago -

the HOA blew this one.

They sure did!

Valentine --- 9 years ago -

A little common sense would have gone a long way here. If you know you're probably about to piss off most of your neighbors with a huge addition it would be a good idea to bring the rest of your house up to code first- clean up the yard, remove the tree growing into the front of the house, clean the mold from the front of the house.

And then, also... How about finishing up the project in a timely manner? I live on Sandy Forks and I, for one am sick of seeing the dirt pile and falling down fence. Good grief.

Joe Blow --- 9 years ago -

Go Valentine! SMACKDOWN!

Good Grief is right! Just went by there yesterday and the dirt pile was gone. Looks like they are getting ready to put down grass when it is time. I would say that should happen at the beginning of March when the weather gets a little better.

Valentine --- 9 years ago -

"Timely manner" I have no sympathy. Get it done.

Valentine --- 9 years ago -

I, for one neighbor, have had enough. Don't tell me my mailbox "looks moldy" when this one down the street can't keep up while running the neighborhood down.

witchywoman --- 9 years ago -

That house and yard are disgusting. Filthy. That board should be ashamed of themselves. They seem to have forgotten they represent the village and not just one homeowner who has never kept his place nice.

Neighbors, has his homeschool been shut down yet?

TinktheSprite --- 9 years ago -

I could put a very nice looking RV on my driveway, too? Or paint my house a nice looking shade of pink. Or park my nice looking cars in the street. Or hold a nice looking garage sale every weekend. Or run a nice looking business out if my hine with a nice looking sign out front. That doesn't dismiss the fact that he violates HOA rules.

Anthony Grisby is running for a board position. The ballots went out with postage paid return envelopes. He is a voice of reason and a great person to vote for.

Where's this at in bear branch?
