No open carry 

Wouldn't you rather see it than be surprised when it is pulled from a hidden place?

It's true. If I was going to rob a place, I'd certainly choose a gun free zone! Why risk getting hurt on the job? After all, the police can only arrive after the fact.

Right? I wouldn't normally choose to open carry but I should be able to, if I want to do it. I think open carry, in some instances is like wearing a target on your back...you would certainly be the first to be taken out BUT if enough people were open carrying at a certain place, a criminal might think twice and either go somewhere else or decide he didn't like his odds at all! 

I know many CHL, not one would open carry.

I have my CHL but would not consider open carry. It is no longer the Wild West and just looks stupid to have a piece hanging from your belt. Doesn't impress me...
