Got another "Ooops" letter from them in today's mail to let me know I had my bags of law debris prior to the day of trash pickup!

Yes I did it! And it's because of my having back and knee issues, I had to rely on my grandson hauling the bags of lawn crap out to the street the night before.

At least this time they didn't threaten to fine me $200. At this point, they can kiss my tired ol' backside.

Never could understand what is wrong with the night before? Sure neighbors would love hearing one go out about four in am to haul out to curb, lol. If you work across town you get up early...

I'm really considering doing exactly that! Me having my "yard debris" out the night before isn't nearly as bad as having a monstrous garage built against all deed restrictions.

And, NO, I did not vote in the latest election for any of the incumbents. Not that it did any good.

I guess it was a "Merry Christmas" to me for them not fining me. HO HO HO!

Firstly 9 car garage man still has quite the mess left behind after accomplishing to pull the wool over the Associations eyes!!! Trash, fencing etc.
secondly, how does he get to have two separate driveways on two different streets??? That is not in accordance with HOA
This week we also received our "third" notice because we started to build an 8 ft section of fence behind a garden along our driveway and didn't submit the building plan and a date of completion. Sadly we have been consumed with heart issues with my husband who is also having a kidney transplant on the 13th of next month. That is totally unacceptable, they want it done.....
They will wait and I'll take my chances of legal action they threatened!!

That HOA sure seems to pick their battles! My leaves are bagged on the curb right now. My lawn guys come on Wed and I have trash service on Thurs. It has never been an issue here in Foster's Mill. I have seen people with their lawn stuff curb side for longer than that. They should just be glad people are taking care of their lawns!

Went by that house with the nine car garage this week. Big piles of dirt, trash and a new excavation. Looks like he is laying down pipe of some sort that will flow water? into the street. maybe all that water flowing off his roof caused flood up against his house. 

Everyone puts their trash out the evening before garbage day. That HOA needs to get a life! At least you did not let it pile up so vermin could live in it. 

They also have some nerve sending out letters complaining about a bit of mildew on a home when the entryway rock signs have been filthy with black mold for years. I'm sending my next moldy OOPS card right back to them telling them to clean up their own mess first. 

The HOA was told it would be a three car garage plus a "hobby room" (hobby is apparently garaging vintage cars). The owner should be made to tear out the old driveway and replace with landscaping and bring the old garage up to standards of house (sheetrock, insulation, etc.). The new "three car" garage should be modified by adding permanent walls so that it is impossible to park more than three cars there. When you go by, if the door is open, you can see four parked there. 

My yard guy comes on Monday and my bags sit out for sometimes two days. (Trash day is Wednesday) This is SWH. They have never said anything about it in 8 years. I think your HOA is making you a target lol 

I thought that their business, oops I mean hobby, was classes for home schoolers? Maybe that is what goes on in the "hobby room?
