Do you mean the original location? I don't think it would have enough parking. Even if they took the garden center and used it for parking, it still wouldn't be enough parking. I also don't think the store would be big enough for a TJ.

I have heard that Alspaugh's is going where HEB moves now when HEB opens the new store where the apartments were.

There's not even enough parking in the current Alspaughs parking lot for another nail salon. Who ever moves into that spot is a sucker.

Spoke with the people I know at Alspaugh's and they say this is not a done deal and if it happens it is a number of years down the road.
