Suddenlink is out in my part of kings point . About 15 minutes ago I heard a boom. I didn't know what it was. I ate supper. I then tried to watch tv no luck. So no tv, no phone, no internet. I called Suddenlink and they said that there was an outage in the area and they are working on it right now, however they do not know when it will be working. 

Our cable is fine, but we lost Internet about an hour after you. 

Internet is still out. I really hate calling them. 

Our sudden link internet is acting up.
We can't log in to certain sites from Google. It says something about unknown server....might be hacked....I don't know. Weird. It's on our mobile devices that are connected to the wifi too.

Any ideas?

I unplugged the router but that didn't help.
