And who wants my trash?? Also still waiting for UPS. Holidays mess up everything! 

So Silly! This is the online message I got about my expected package. I received no notice nor did anyone come to the door. pfffft!

I had a package that made it to Houston and ended up in Main. I have had stuff that said delivered and it never made it to my door. 

Check with your neighbors, maybe stuff went to the wrong house. Also Monday was a holiday, maybe they are behind? 

I had a box delivered to my house, insured and priority delivery. I took it back to the post office and told them that the people no longer lived here. A couple of days later it was back on my front porch. I took it back to the post office and told them if they sent it back I was keeping it. What was really weird was I know those people hadn't lived here for years. I opened a Christmas card by mistake. There was a Dillard's gift card in it. The people it was addressed to hadn't lived here in years. Two different people sending gifts to two different families. You would think that if they knew them well enough to send a present, they would know where they lived. 

Seems like the PO did their part, sheddy as the sender put on the wrong address. But when things take 6 days to get from Dallas, or So. Cal, something is up?

Our great mail lady has been gone. I don't know if she retired or what? She did such a great job, we were spoiled. She would even front me a few pennies when the postage was shorted. I paid her back of course. But she kept the mail flowing.

My late package partly due to the holiday and partly due to laziness did NOT require a signature despite what the tracking info said. I got it without any P.O.formality the next day, 10 days from Fullerton Calif.. There is one specific carrier who consistently delivers late and makes mistakes. 

For the last three weeks our mail has been coming really late, well after dark. I am not going to go out to the mailbox in the night and I don't like leaving my mail sitting in the box either. Today it came early like it used to. So maybe it was just temporary, hopefully. 

At least you get your mail. We get some of ours and some of everyone elses. Who knows if we get it all. 

Sometimes we get mail once in the morning and once from a different mailman in the afternoon. And I have family in Oakhurst that it has taken over a week to get something mailed to them from the Kingwood PO. 

The post office is about to go the way of the dinosaur. Who gets anything of value in the snail mail anyway? All of my bills are ebilled and epaid. I would be just fine if the whole operation went under. 

I witnessed really pi**ed PO customer in the KW PO last week. Finally the Postmaster asker to leave the premises.

She stayed a around for @20 more minutes, before finally leaving...

She, once again, proved you cannot bully a public servant to get serviced!!! 

Our carrier is constantly screwing up. We get mail for people that live several streets over. When we go on vacation and get our mail held they are supposed to deliver it on the last day. They never do and I have to go down to the post office to retrieve it. I never know if it's all there or not. The funny thing is that the post office knows the guy is a screw up. They said "he just doesn't pay attention sometimes". What?!!! I hate going to the KW post office! OK, rant over.
