Hello Kingwood family, I live in the Kingwood area and I am looking for a home that is for rent. I am looking for a 3/2/1 home. If you know anyone who has a home for rent please let me know. I am try to stay right around the $1100.00 a month mark. The apartments in the area are like paying for a mortgage. So I would really like to give my family a home rather then an apartment. Thank you.

Looks like the cheapest I could find was $1200. 

I saw a home for lease on either Rock Springs or Valley Manor(off Northpark, East of WLHP). It's on the corner of one of the side streets so you should be able to see the sign in the yard. Good luck with your search! 

$1100 is tough because the owner will likely have a mortgage with $500/month in taxes & insurance, plus the P&I. I'm guessing if you could get to $1250, you could a have a lot more options. $1100 might get such a dump that you'd be better off in the apartment. 

there's a house up for lease on Rustic Woods by the park n ride 

There are two on Glade Springs Drive off of Deerbrook. They are on the right after turning off of Northpark. I have no idea what the rent is. 

I just vacated my rental in Sherwood Trails because I purchased a house. The house I was renting is a 3/2/2. Very cute house with a nice backyard. The rent was $1300. You can see the listing on Keller Williams. 

Maybe you should drive around the area and look for "for rent" signs posted and give them a call.
