This just in from the Department of OMG: A woman learns her husband is actually her long-lost brother! They have a child. What would you do?

A Brazilian woman got quite a shock when she went on a radio show this week to reconnect with her long-lost mother.

Adriana, 39, who gave no last name, went on Radio Globo's The Time Is Now (which helps people find lost family members) and talked to her mother for the first time.

The big news: Adriana had a brother who'd been given up as a child and raised by a relative, just like Adriana was. Bigger news:

His name was Leandro, just like Adriana's husband.

The two men, in fact, had the same last name.

"I don't believe that you're telling me this," said a sobbing Adriana, the Daily Mail reported. "Leandro is my husband."

The couple has a 6-year-old daughter.

Adriana was given up at the age of one and raised by her father, according to the show.

Her husband Leandro, 37, learned at age 8 that he'd also been abandoned at a young age, and then raised by his stepmother.

By the time Adriana and Leandro met, each had spent years seeking their birth mother?without knowing it was the same person.

"Now I'm scared to go home and find out that Leandro doesn't want me anymore," she said. "I love him so much."

She later said they will stay together "whatever anyone might think."

Here ya go Lynchhead:

Ever heard of Arkansas?

It ain't that far to other similar situations...

So that's where you are from.

Do you think this is really true? Or a setup for a good story? If it is true, I feel really sorry for them. I don't think you could continue on with marital relations after discovering that. That would be too many heebie jeebies to get over.

I just learned that this small Central Texas town we've moved to actually does blood tests before relationships get serious. Because it is so small and folks don't move away...and very few move In...there is a good chance they can be dating a relative. Freaky to say the least!

And now you have brought fresh, new DNA to the area. Best be careful.

If there hasn't been any new DNA there is a while, then they might be pretty close to producing some idiots.
