Hi! I'm hoping to go to the Kingwood Free Kids Fest today in Town Center, but I have a friend insisting that it's cancelled due to bad weather. The website doesn't say it's cancelled. Does anyone know for sure before I venture out? Thanks!

"Due to the forecasted thunderstorms with lightning coming in tomorrow afternoon, we have had to once again postpone Kingwood Free Kids Fest. The new date is Saturday July 26th. As much as many would like for this event to be held "rain or shine", it is ultimately a kids fest, for the kids and their safety is our top priority. With mechanical and electrical rides and games and children, we cannot take such a risk."
