Just got off the phone with crime stoppers. They claim the FBI investigated and she is not the Woodforest bank robber. Does anyone know the status of Montgomery County charges?

I saw her yesterday and she died her hair pitch black. Guess that is her disguise. Did everyone that she stole from file charges? According to what I have heard from crime stoppers and hpd she probably will only get probation and pay restitution for a "fist time offense". IF you call hpd they will come to you to take report. This goes for Harris and Montgomery Counties.

I filed in Montgomery County and the officer in charge is Det. Hodges out of New Caney. The detective in Harris County is Det. McIntosh on Rustic Woods. She had 3 DWI's in '92 so it really isn't a first offense. As for restitution, she should have plenty of jewelry to pawn yet. She returned things to me after the s*** hit the fan, but only those things that probably could not be pawned. I am still furious about Mother's diamond cocktail ring that my aunt bought for her. It had about 10 1/3 to 1/4 ct diamonds in it. She returned Mother's senior ring but it looks like gold but is not really. Oh, well. I need to just get over it.
