Just passed a dog (possibly Doberman ??) running by the Presbyterian church after willow terrace heading out of Kingwood. Driving to work and couldn't stop. He was wearing what looked to be a dark blue collar.

7:10 am.

Praying his owners find him. It's going to get cold tonight :(
