We built a house there and moved into the home in June 2012. At this point we really like the subdivision. Access to 59 is great and it has been quite. I'm sure as in most subdivisions it's not 100% exempt from problems but I have only heard of a few and I have not had any myself. Some will say it's not actually Kingwood since it's in Montgomery County but we have a Kingwood address so I consider it as such. All the folks I have met have been very nice and friendly. From what I understand some of the residents have been unhappy with the HOA or lack of communicaiton and the fees going up. All and all I'm happy with it and look forward to being there a while.
