Just wondering if anyone has noticed an increase of stray cats in oakhurst...or even in kingwood? They are spraying all around our front and backyard and we have no animals in or outside of our house! What is the deal? I have heard putting mothballs outside your house will keep the spraying cats away...does this really work?! Any other suggestions?!

Male cats spray to mark their territory. I love cats so it does not bother me to have them in my yard. As a matter of fact, I have made friends with several who stop by to visit with me. :) 

Say goodbye to cushions on your lawn furniture. Once they've been sprayed you can't get the smell out. The only thing that worked for us was the removal of the stray cats. Unfortunately, the problem will only get worse as long as the cats are free to reproduce. People who dump their animals really tick me off. 

i dont know if it will work for spraying but my mom does it for dogs pooping in her yard. Moth balls and Cayanne pepper. Little mean but no permant harm Better than BB gun

mothballed my yard so it smells like an old lady closet but the stench of cat spray will hopefully go away
