I say 2 weeks!! Mine pissed me off too! I kept hitting the home button when I wanted to scroll!! 

What are you not liking about it? I love mine. However, in the beginning was very frustrated.

guess I'll go back to at&t this morn..they didn't set up internet on phone - told me how - yea right it's not working....
so I'll go let them fix it..lol

well i hope you get the hang of it! i am a huge fan of Apple! very reliable products! i had my first mac for like... 6 or 7 years and i had gotten it second hand... it was the old imac with the half sphere base and the screen on the swing arm, i recently upgraded to a Macbook pro because after 7 years... the tech stopped being able to keep up... seriously.. like 7 years! 

Trust me-you will love it. I hated mine for about a day-it's quick and easy to learn. 

okay who knows how to get to the sims card, its telling me no sims card installed - but it's been working up till now...the online video doesnt tell you crap
