Wao! What a great class we had this morning at Allyson's. It was a lot of fun, we sweated, we did some shaking, we laughed.....! Tomorrow at KMMA at 9:30am and Saturday Allyson's at 10:00am. Let’s burn some calories to get them back on memorial weekend, hi, hi, hi! :-D
