HEB hires 15 year olds and they are a great employer!!! 

The Teddy Bear "Stuffin" Shack, we are not hiring full time but we are hiring on an on call basis for parties. the pay is min plus tips. Let me know, our store hours are wed-sat 9:30-5:30 in our Atascocita location

Mary Jo, I'll ask him. He won't be back in Texas until this afternoon. That may be a good start so he's not overwhelmed with the newness of working. Also, he will have football practice in the evenings so that may work. We'll be in touch....thanks. 

My 14 yr old says McDonald's hires at 15. 

Okay, so neither Kroger, Chick-Fil-A, Sonic, HEB aor any of the places above hire 15 year olds. Spring Creek BBQ does but he'll only hire 1 at a time and the position is filled. We DID go by Teddy Bear Stuffin' Shack and put in an app with Mary Jo. She was really nice and we're keeping our fingers crossed for that one. In the meantime, does anyone know of anywhere else? He's a good buy, repectful and polite!

I thought you could not be covered by workers comp uder 16 yrs old maybe the law has changed.

Bangkok, Thailand uhm...yeah right! I called HEB and Kroger and they both said 16. He doesn't really NEED a job, we give him pretty much everything he wants. I think he just wants the experience...and probably to get away from me and his "annoying" younger siblings...LOL! Thanks guys for all your input. I appreciate it.
