Are you happy with your body? Do your jeans feel tighter than last year even though you have been trying to lose weight? Do you work out but are bored with the same old routine and cant stay motivated?
Real Results Fitness Camp at the Kingwood Athletic Club is the answer. Real Results will deliver weight loss and functional strength in an exciting workout environment designed for your success through motivation and accountability. The program uses proven scientific methods to get results and will include exercise in bodyweight training, core strengthening, Krav Maga cardio, plyometrics, and more.
Real Results will run 3 days per week for 12 weeks from August 24th through November 13th. Real Results has three convenient timing options on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., or 7:00 a.m.
