Bear Branch
Located in the center of Kingwood, off of Woodland Hills Dr and North Park. Older custom homes.

Elm Grove

Forest Cove An area bordering Kingwood located between Trailwood Village, Highway 59, Kingwood Drive and the San Jacinto river. Many of the homes are older and on large lots (one acre+). Before Kingwood Drive was built, the entrance to Kingwood was through Forest Cove. The southern part of Forest Cove flooded in 1994 but much of it is out of the flood zone and many of the homes are being renovated and updated. The Forest Cove website is www.forestcove.org

Sherwood Trails is located Northeast of the Woodland Hills - Northpark Drive Intersection. Housing is divided in two sections: the older, smaller homes (1000-1300 sq feet) built 1985-1990; and the newer, slightly larger homes (1400-1900 sq. feet) built 1995-2000.

The Sherwood Trails pool is on Sweet Gum Trail, two blocks away from the Elm Grove Pool. No identification required for entry.
