Why WOULD anyone want to be a permanent fixture on the HOA Board? Why are the books not open to the public? Why use the same management co. that wastes money mailing swimming pool bracelets for $1....

Why not ignore the petty violation letters? The deed restrictions have been broken by the HOA Board.

The incumbents refuse to vacate their posts. Votes/proxies are not counted at the meetings.

The residents did try to do something. The meeting was packed with irate residents. They were talked down and efforts to review the books were denied. Public books not available to the public? Hmm...
