Why didn't you all evacuate days ago. This is tragically silly. You blame everyone, but yourselves. It's almost as if thousands of you waited for the accident to come to your door. It's pitiful.

I believe, by law, it is recommended that you only put the placard up when parking and not to leave it up just while you are driving around.
