If Lake Travis is low, Lake Buchanan is probably really low :(. Another lake to try is Possum Kingdom. It is beautiful! The Cliffs resort is nice.

Yes, I love it. There is lots to do in the area (within 15-45 min drive). Enchanted rock, longhorn caverns, golf, antique shops, wineries, observatory...etc.
